No, you don’t need to be home during any of the renovations. We take care of your home or business as if it’s our own. We keep a clean work place, and if you are living in the house we do a thorough clean at the end of each work day. We can even complete the work if you are away for work or vacation and do progress reports online.
We provide our services to the south coast of NSW. We occasionally travel to different regions if the project interests us enough.
A bathroom renovate will take between 10 days and 4 weeks. Depending on the size of the bathroom and what type of materials are to be used. We have systems in place to have as much preparation done before we start the job. This allows us to minimise the time the bathroom is out of operation.
We use the department of fair trading home building contracts
Yes, we have a customised public liability insurance for our business. We recommend that when you have any renovations done to your home that you contact your personal home insurance company to inform them of the renovations. In most home insurance documents there is a clause that the insurance company needs to informed when renovation are undertaken on a home or business.
All our contractors are also licensed and insured.
