Meet Alex
I’m Alex Moore, founder of Greysand.
I’ve worked in building and carpentry for more than 20 years, from detailed carpentry and renovations through to repairs, restoration and property maintenance.
I’m a qualified carpenter with further qualifications in building and construction, and I’ve spent much of my career working on quality residential renovations and unique building projects in Australia and overseas.
Having also operated my own holiday rental for nine summers, I understand firsthand the importance of keeping a property well maintained, presentable and ready for guests.
I started Greysand with a simple focus — quality workmanship, honest communication and taking pride in the finished result.
Today, Greysand provides carpentry and property maintenance services throughout Jervis Bay and the Shoalhaven.
Greysand has extensive experience in bathroom renovations, carpentry and detailed finishing work.
Over the years we’ve worked alongside licensed trades to create unique, high-quality bathrooms using carefully selected materials and custom details.
While complete bathroom renovations are no longer a primary focus of Greysand, we’re proud to showcase some of our previous projects as examples of our workmanship, attention to detail and renovation experience.
